A luxury, comfortable, quiet situated and very well equipped bungalow-apartment with a lot of privacy for max. 6 persons .
This charming bungalow -constructed in 2004- is situated on a hillside of the Sabadeco area, at about 6 kilometer and 5 minutes drive North of the main village Kralendijk.
This is a more upscale area of Bonaire with a panoramic view over the ocean and the small island of Klein Bonaire and a big part of Bonaire itself. It is a residential area, so people live and come here to relax.
Be aware that sound reaches very far. Especially because the evenings and nights are very silent!

The 2 owners live upstairs in the main villa aside from the apartment. It's a nice Dutch couple who visits Bonaire since 1993 and lives there since 2002. There are no kids or pets on the property. For sure a peaceful and quiet place to stay and a lot of privacy is guaranteed.

Outside at the entrance you'll find a covered porch with a 3-burner gas grill and all equipment you need, a wooden 6 persons picnic table and 2 chairs.
Here is a stair to the roof terrace with 2 laying chairs, 2 big wooden arm chairs and a hammock.
The view is stunning, unimaginable and impressive. A perfect place for an incredible sunset, meditation, relaxation and silence !

The living room, in combination with a very complete equipped kitchen, is spacious and provided with a couch, 2 big comfortable arm chairs, 2 chairs, table, TV, DVD player, radio with cd player, refrigerator, microwave, etc.
There are 2 bedrooms. One with a king size bed, the other one with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have a separate bathroom with hot shower, toilet and washing stand.
2 Extra sleeping places can be provided in the living room on the couch and/or on a air mattress. There is sufficient space to store your suitcases and belongings.
All windows (shutters) have screens.

At the backside of the bungalow there is a covered porch. Here you'll find a table with 4 chairs, a 2-seater folding chair, 2 lounge chairs and a hammock.
From this backside porch you have an open entrance to and from the pool.
It is complete for your own use. You may use the swimming pool from 7.00 a.m. till 7.00 p.m. A shower is next to the pool.
In the middle of the garden, at about 15 meters (48 feet) from the back porch and 3 meters (10 feet) above the rough garden, surrounded by trees and plants, you'll find a 6- persons gazebo with 3 chairs/couches, 3 tables and a ceiling fan.
All used materials are natural and fit perfect in its surrounding. The roof is made from palm leaves and water proof.
From this gazebo leads a wooden walk way at a level of 2,5 meters (8 feet) to the pool and another private gazebo . This gazebo has been made from the same materials as the other one. 2 Wooden laying chairs with mattresses and a ceiling fan makes it complete. It's situated next to the pool on a big pool deck.
Both gazebos offer a lot of privacy and shade and will only be used by the guests!

Once a week the linens will be changed. There are beach towels and enough towels. On request you receive new ones.
Between the main house and the bungalow is a covered car port. So you may park your car of street next to the bungalow.
You'll also find here a rinsing basin, a closet and a drying frame for diving and snorkeling equipment. So it's not necessary to hang it over walls, chairs, cars or on a separate line! Besides of that a drying frame with cloth pins is available in the apartment.
